When I started leading retreats ten years ago, my dream was to offer beautifully curated experiences in the world’s most pristine and magickal places-while supporting local economies, their people, culture and irreplaceable natural resources. Having grown up in Colombia, this has become one of my favorite ways to share it with you.
What makes Colombia so enchanting? Is it her close to 2,000 species of birds? Her winding rivers breaking through fecund rainforests into the sea? Or that you can try a new fruit for over 365 days without ever having to repeat?
Nuqui— tucked deep within the lung of the Colombian rainforest— is a HIDDEN TREASURE! Take a day or two to explore the inviting city of Medellin, before we meet up to set out to our magickal eco-sanctuary at the heart of the rainforest, just 50 steps from untouched lengths of gorgeous Pacific Coast beaches. A breathtaking paradise of jungle vegetation offering the widest variety of birds in the world, as well as neon frogs, geckos, turtles, dolphins, howler monkeys and more. This is the 9th year we’ve gathered here and it has become our home away from home.
Join me and my bestie— the amazing intuitive and healer— Caroline Duncan this February for an extra-special life changing experience at our beloved sanctuary! This rewilding retreat beautifully braids yogic philosophy, asana, mantra, pranayama and meditation with Earth based spiritual practices designed to celebrate magick, wonder, and our intuitive connection to the natural world. Our usual yummy oceanside yoga practices will be coupled with mini workshops and walks to stoke your intuition and inner sense of wonder by connecting with your totem animals, creating sacred space with natural elements, using divination tools for clarity and joy, journaling and a watercolor painting class (with your own mini watercolor set to keep!). This year’s retreat also occurs during a full moon (in Leo!) and will include a very special moon circle on the beach to honor our ancestors, practice gratitude and release the old/re-set our intentions. There will also be plenty of free time to lounge in hammocks, swim, connect and recharge.
The best part is that your investment goes directly toward supporting the locals in Nuqui (one the poorest regions in Colombia and the world).

This part of the Pacific Coast of Colombia can only be accessed by jumper plane and boat. There are no roads to get there. The lodge is right where the rainforest meets the water on one of the only surfing beaches in Colombia— a great place to learn or enjoy to the waves without a crowd.

Meet Caroline
Caroline Duncan (they/she) is a lifelong hands-on healer, medium and intuitive whose work celebrates rewilding, animism, Earth-based Shamanic practices, Feng Shui, Native American Animal Medicine, Hoodoo and Wiccan traditions. They are a 3rd degree High Priestess of Wicca, Reiki Master, licensed Spiritual Counselor, animal communicator, ordained minister, singer and Lightworker, in addition to being a working actor, visual artist, writer, interior designer, teacher and Mom to 2 wonder-full little dogs.
