With so much going on in the world, things can feel overwhelming and unmanageable. This sweet yoga and breath practice will help us down-regulate and connect to ourselves through simple yet profound techniques that will help us slow down and come home to ourselves. This will be a slow, sultry, restorative practice, hoping to leave us feeling steadier and replenished— ready to engage with our lives and the people in them in the way that feels most integrated.
