Private sessions are tailored to your needs. I am working via Zoom and am also vaccinated so I am happy to come to your home or we can practice in real life at my home studio.
Sessions may vary from injury prevention or rehabilitation to working on your arm balances, handstands, deep binds and back bends.
When in person, they might also include portions of thai massage, flying therapeutics, self massage with balls, myofascial release, or cranio sacral work. It really depends on what you are looking for, and what will help you feel better in your body.
