Private Sessions:

Private sessions are tailored to your needs. Currently, I am working via Zoom and though it isn’t the same, it is surprisingly effective and still yields very nice effects. Sessions may vary from injury prevention or rehabilitation to working on your arm balances, handstands, deep binds and back bends. When in person, they might also include portions of thai massage, flying therapeutics, self massage with balls, myofascial release, or cranio sacral work. It really depends on what you are looking for, and what will help you feel better in your body.

CranioSacral Therapy:

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on healing modality that focuses on the wave-like rhythmic pulse that goes through the entire body. It is effective for unwinding most kinds of trauma including headaches, vertigo and neck and back pain. It is also extremely effective at reducing stress and anxiety and brings the autonomic nervous system into balance creating substantial sense of wellbeing.

Sessions can be at my home office, or at my office downtown near Astor Place at The Curative.
