Private sessions are tailored to your needs. I work very hands on. They may vary from injury prevention or rehabilitation to working on your arm balances, handstands, deep binds and back bends. They might also include portions of thai massage, flying therapeutics or self massage with balls. It really depends on what you are looking for, and what will help you feel better in your body.
I also teach harmonium and chanting.
Sessions can be set up at your home, home gym or a yoga studio for a bit extra.
