Brand new beginners

This practice is for a complete newbie. We move slowly and I begin to introduce you to the physical vocabulary that is the yoga practice. It includes breath work, strength work, balance work and flexibility. Anyone can try this class. If you are injured or have been injured, stay away from anything that hurts. And if your breath does not match what I am saying, do not worry. It will come with time. My instruction is meant as a guide, not an absolute.
